Rules for Parents

Here at Kids Play, we offer a fun, safe and exciting environment for all your babysitting needs.  In order to do so, we ask that you read and follow the following rules...

● All children must be checked in prior to entering the play area.
● Disinfect your child’s hands before entering the play area.
● Please bring anything you think your child might need while in our care: diapers/wipes, extra clothes, pacifiers, sippy cups, etc.  Use of our wipes and/or diapers will result in a $1.00 extra charge each time.
● Please do not bring your child in if he/she is sick.  Your child must be cleared of all symptoms for at least 24 hours, medication free.
●Remember, anyone picking up a child must be on the registration form and have a photo ID.  There are no exceptions to this rule.
● Please no outside toys.  Children may bring tablets, but they must sit in designated areas while playing on them.  We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property.  We are also not responsible for anything purchased on such devices.
● We provide lunch and dinner for an additional fee.  We have a microwave and refrigerator on site if you wish to bring your own food from home.  No food containing peanuts, gum or candy will be allowed.
● Only children and staff members are allowed into the play zone.
● We do not provide food or snacks for children under 12 months.
● Appointments must be made for children under 12 months.
● Max amount of time children are allowed to stay is 4 hours.  If your child is staying over the 4 hour period, they will be switched into the aftercare program in the building next door.  Only two children a day may stay longer than four hours without switching programs.
●Children with aggressive or disrespectful behavior will follow a three strike rule, resulting in a 6 month or more suspension from use of the facility.
● We ask for permission to take pictures of your children, as we host events.  If you wish not to have your child’s picture taken, the kids play staff will try their hardest to abide.  However, it is always a possibility of your child being in the background of a group photo.
